DUTIES & TAXES
All orders ship from the United Kingdom.
For domestic orders within the UK, applicable taxes are included during checkout. For international orders, duties and taxes are not included in the final price. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and must be paid upon delivery.
We recommend checking your local customs website for more information about duty-free limits and applicable fees as we are not responsible for these fees.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We aim to deliver all of our customers' purchases on time as promised in our policies above.
Shipping times are estimated and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or customs processing. Thandijh is not responsible for such delays after orders have been shipped.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your shipment is missing or you receive damaged items, please contact us at thandijh on Instagram within 14 days of the ship date. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS policy
Returns are only possible in exchange for a new size.
Shoes, shoe box, dust bags, all tags must be in tact and must show no signs of wear. If this is noticed we will not be able to accept your order back and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
